Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025
1. Service Description
Viper is a trading execution terminal that interfaces with Hyperliquid exchange. Viper provides order execution tools, algorithmic trading features, and market monitoring capabilities.
2. No Custody
Viper does not have custody of your funds at any time. All trades are executed directly on Hyperliquid using your connected wallet. Viper never has access to withdraw your funds.
3. No Financial Advice
Viper does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and may result in loss of funds.
4. Execution Tool
Viper is an execution tool only. We do not guarantee order fills, execution timing, or market conditions. Algorithmic features are provided as-is and may not perform as expected in all market conditions.
5. Builder Code
By using Viper, you authorize our builder code to be attached to your trades on Hyperliquid. This enables execution features and may affect fee structures as determined by Hyperliquid.
6. Limitation of Liability
Viper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: failed executions, system downtime, API errors, or market movements.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys, understanding the risks of cryptocurrency trading, ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and monitoring your positions and orders.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Viper for: market manipulation, wash trading, circumventing exchange rules, or any illegal activity. Violation may result in termination of access.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Viper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
