  • Trading activity routed through Viper
  • Basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage)

  • Email addresses (unless you provide one for alerts)
  • Personal identification information
  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Access to move your funds

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

  • Provide and improve the trading terminal
  • Execute trades on your behalf via Hyperliquid
  • Monitor system performance and errors
  • Prevent abuse and maintain service quality

4. Data Storage

Your wallet approval signature is stored locally in your browser. Trading activity may be logged for debugging and service improvement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third Party Services

Viper integrates with:

  • Hyperliquid (exchange) - for trade execution
  • WalletConnect / MetaMask - for wallet connection
  • Arbitrum - blockchain network

These services have their own privacy policies which govern their handling of your data.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your wallet approval and preferences. We may use basic analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Local storage data persists until you clear it. Server-side logs are retained for a reasonable period for debugging and then deleted. We do not maintain long-term archives of your trading activity.
